Do I require a special WAP Phone?
Not at all, UK digital mobile phones
are capable of receiving text messages, which are sent differently
than WAP pages. If you have a mobile phone you can get text messaging
straight away so there is no need to configure your phone with new
settings.
Q) How many messages will I receive?
You can expect to receive 6-10 messages per day.
Q) How much will
it cost me?
The IDEAglobal FX SMS alert service is free for one week.The normal
price of the service is £37.50 per/week . As this is a brand new
IDEAglobal service an introductory offer of Only £22.50 per/week
is available for a limited period.
The wIDEA VOICE service is charged
on a pay-as-you-go basis as your call is directed to our premium
rate telephone line. Each story lasts an average of 3 minutes. The
UK helpline is charged at (STG)60p per minute and the European helpline
will incur an international call rate. All other calls are charged
at a Premium rate: Austria (ATS)
29.76,Germany (DM) 3.63,Spain (PTAS)130,Swiss (CHF) 4.23,UK (STG)between
0.50 -1.50 per minute. If calling from a mobile phone you will incur
additional call charges.
Q) If I receive an Alert message
advising me of a change in the market, why would I need to use your
Voice service?
The beauty of an SMS message is that by it's very nature it must
be concise and contain only the paramount points. With our Voice
service you can hear the thinking that lies behind each of our market
calls as well as listen to our timed market rumours and news at
the beginning of each working day.
Q) Can I receive messages abroad?
Yes you can, but it is network dependent and most service providers
do not guarantee delivery. You will find that if the network is
GSM then the messages will arrive as normal.
Q) What if I want to stop receiving
messages while I'm on holiday?
Contact the helpline and inform them when you are departing to stop
the SMS service. When you return contact our customer services line
or send an email to support@widea.com
so that we can switch the SMS service back on.
Q) How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscibe simply send an email to support@widea.com
with all of your details. Alternatively you can contact the helpline.Please
allow 24 hours for this process.

and we will contact you within 24 hours via email or we will call

information needs. Our products are incisive and relevant for either
FX or UK Equities. We will only send you considered and directional
information amounting to 6-10 messages a day, so each message sent
to you will be of actionable value.

At all points of our procedures customer security remains paramount
in our thoughts and practices. As in accordance with the Data Protection
Act, all information that we take is kept in a secure database and
is only used for the stated purpose in which it was given. Any payments
taken are done so through the Cybercash Payment System which means
that all transactions are carried out with complete confidentiality
and security.
